That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. I just wanted to let yo know I was very impressed with the canvas and treatment on my two pieces. Also impressed with the finishing around the mount. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the wrap…I went with the recommended pixel wrap, but this ended up looking like tiny pinstripes around the sides-almost like a barcode in places. It is unlike any canvas wrap finish I have seen from other suppliers. I will need to rethink the borders before do more. You have a great product though.
