I am thrilled with my two frames (with liners) for a variety of reasons: (1) Website was very well organized and easy to use. (I used other similar websites but they resulted in frustration and/or confusion or I was unable to customize my order; (2) assembling the final products was super easy to do and everything fit beautifully; (3) all necessary parts were included and (4) it is clear that everything is of high quality, right down down to the picture hangers. The frames you built for me look great. There was one issue with one corner missing 3 of 4 screws. As you included extra screws I was able to fix that. I appreciated that the order included all the hardware needed to complete the mounting. The paintings look great.
