craftsmanship! I just wanted to let you know that I received the finished Canvas Transfer product recently and I am very impressed. Thank you so much for your craftsmanship! Alex,	not happy I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise. KL,	absolutely beautiful KeenArt Media was very helpful with my pre-print questions and helped me optimize my art as best as possible to achieve the best result. I ordered a canvas print which came out spectacularly. The colours were well replicated, the canvas material was rich and thick and the overall service was excellent.
