not happy I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
KL, | I ordered a frame 8 days ago. I just recieved confirmation that it was only shipped today.. Delivery was supposed to be 6-8 dasys. Not happy...
